Camilla D'Errico supports Walking for Lions!!

Camilla d'Errico is an Italo-Canadian artist who has been making waves in fine arts and comics with her manga-influenced style. Ever the prolific artist, Camilla lives the double life of comic artist, character creator and painter. She has expanded her style into designer toys, fashion, merchandise, and videogames. Camilla has distinguished herself through her ability to seamlessly weave comic art and manga with surrealist elements, wrapping it all together with an extensive emotional palette.

Not only is Camilla extremely talented but she also has an amazing big heart and a passion for conservation.

D’Errico Studios Ltd. have chosen to support WFL in their fight against the downward spiral of the wild lion population and for the month of May they will be donating 50% of the proceeds of all
“Hear Danielle Roar” 11x14inch colour prints sold in their online store to Walking For Lions! They will also be available at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival exhibition.

Beyond the rainbow...

Her eyes are hidden because the true emotion is expressed through her hands and body language, it is a feeling of sadness, grace, and shock. The rainbow represents the girl’s soul, it is literally spilling out of her because where her heart was is an emptiness, there is nothing to keep her together anymore. I’m sure we’ve all felt at one point in our lives as if our hearts have been torn away, and the pain of its loss is unbearable. I was able to capture this feeling by showing the fragility of the girl through the literal spilling out of her soul and gentleness." - Camilla D'Errico
